You can create, manage, and join CreativeMode multiplayer servers from the website.
Open My Servers to create servers, manage standalone worlds, and access join information. Creating your own CreativeMode-hosted server requires Pro, but invited players can still join shared servers.
- Sign in and open My Servers.
- Click Create Server.
- Choose Java or Bedrock.
- Set the version and world settings.
- Optionally choose a compatible modpack.
- Click Create server.
You can also use Create World from My Servers if you want to prepare a standalone world first and attach it to a server later.
- When creating a server, you can leave the modpack field empty to start fresh or pick an existing compatible modpack.
- You can also create standalone worlds from the webapp and attach a modpack there.
- Server owners can share the server page with friends so they have the correct join instructions.
For Java servers, the server page gives players two options:
- Join with the CreativeMode Launcher.
- Download the modpack files manually and connect with the server address.

For Bedrock servers, the server page shows the shared address bedrock.servers.creativemode.net and the server's Server ID. Mobile and desktop Bedrock players can join by opening that address and entering the Server ID shown on the server page.
Players cannot join bedrock.servers.creativemode.net directly on console (Microsoft Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch). To play on CreativeMode servers on console:
- Sign into Minecraft with your Microsoft account.
- From the main menu, go to Play, then Friends or Social. Add
ChunkCM, our official account, as a friend.
- From the main menu, go to Play. Under Worlds, join CreativeMode.net Servers.
- Join your world or your friend's world. You can find your server info and Server ID on My Servers.
- Private servers require the owner to whitelist players before they can join.
- Shared server links open a server page with the current join instructions.
- Recently visited server pages and servers you are whitelisted on appear in My Servers after you sign in.
