Publishing Mods
You can get your mod on the public Explore page. This is a great way to share your creation with the community and get downloads and feedback!
The process#
- Test your mod with Quickplay — actually play with it for a bit
- Upload at least one screenshot or video to the gallery
- Click "Request Publication" on your mod page
- Confirm you've tested it and agree to guidelines
- Wait for review
You'll get an email when it's approved! If you made a great mod, it will be featured on the front page of the website!
Requirements#
Gallery content: At least one image or video. Multiple screenshots of the mod in action are better than one.
Testing: You need to have actually tested it to make sure it works as expected.

What happens after approval#
Your mod shows up on Explore where people can search for it and download it.
What happens after rejection#
You'll get an email explaining why. Common reasons:
- Mod doesn't work as described
- Not tested enough (obvious bugs)
- Too similar to existing published mods
- Gallery images are missing or unclear
- Description doesn't match what the mod actually does
You then have a chance to fix the issues and resubmit. Most rejections are fixable.

You should add relevant tags before publishing. They make your mod discoverable.
Good tag categories include:
