    Modpacks

    Modpacks#

You can create, manage, and use modpacks directly from the CreativeMode website.

    Overview#

Modpacks combine multiple mods into one collection. On the webapp, you can create them from My Modpacks, add mods from mod pages, open each modpack's detail page, and use them with CreativeMode multiplayer.

    Creating Modpacks on the Web#

    1. Sign in and open My Modpacks.
    2. Click Create Modpack.
    3. Enter a name and description.
    4. Choose Java or Bedrock.
    5. For Java, choose the Minecraft version: 26.1, 1.21.5, or 1.20.1.
    6. Click Create Modpack.

The edition and Java version need to match the mods you add later.

    Creating Modpacks in the Launcher#

Modpacks for Java Edition versions can be created on the launcher, see Launcher Modpacks.

    Adding Mods#

    • Open any mod page and click Add to Modpack.
    • Choose one of your existing modpacks, or create a new one from that dialog.
    • Only compatible modpacks will work: Java mods need a Java modpack with the same version, and Bedrock mods need a Bedrock modpack.

    Managing Modpacks#

    • Open a modpack from My Modpacks to view its contents, share it, or download it.
    • You can search and filter your modpacks from the My Modpacks page.
    • Modpacks can be attached when creating a server or standalone world from My Servers.

    Java Modpacks#

Java modpacks can be launched from the modpack page with Install and Launch, which opens them in the CreativeMode Launcher. You can also download the modpack files manually from the webapp.

The same Java modpack workflow can also be done inside the launcher. See Launcher Modpacks.

    Bedrock Modpacks#

For Bedrock, use the webapp to create the modpack, add compatible Bedrock mods, and download the modpack files from the modpack page. Bedrock modpacks can also be selected when creating Bedrock worlds or servers on the website.
