CreativeMode can generate a Minecraft player skin from a description and reference images. Skins are kept in My Skins, separate from mods.
Example:
Create an arctic explorer with a navy parka, white fur trim, orange goggles resting above the eyes, gray gloves, and weathered brown boots. Keep the face visible.
References can show clothing, a character concept, colors, or several views. Only upload images you have permission to use.
Open the skin from My Skins and download its PNG file. Choose the Classic or Slim download to match the model you intend to use.
A skin changes your player's appearance, not their abilities. For a clearer prompt, describe a theme and a few recognizable details: a navy explorer coat with orange goggles, a fox in a hoodie, or an iron knight with a red cape.
The desktop Skin Editor lets you change individual pixels on a standard 64×64 skin. Saving creates a new version, so the previous version remains available.
You can also update the skin's name and description from its detail page.
Publish a finished skin to make it available in Explore Skins. Published skins must follow CreativeMode's rules and should have a clear name and description.
See Publishing Skins for visibility, versions, and unlisting.
