ModJams are themed challenges where the CreativeMode community makes mods and votes for their favorites. They are a fun reason to try a wild idea, finish a project, and show people what you can make.
You can enter your own mod, look through entries for ideas, or vote when voting is open.
Not sure what to make next? A ModJam theme gives you a place to start. You can also:
Open the active ModJam and check its theme, deadline, and rules. Each jam can be different, so always check what you can enter.
When your mod is ready:
Everyone can see ModJam entries, so only submit something you are ready to share. You can change your entry while submissions are still open.
Pick one clear idea that fits the theme. A smaller mod that works well can be more fun than a huge mod that feels unfinished.
Help voters understand what makes your mod fun:
You get up to three votes total across Java and Bedrock, with one vote per submission. You can remove votes and choose other submissions until voting closes. You cannot vote for your own submission.
When voting opens, check out the entries and support the mods you enjoyed most. Even if you did not enter, you can still find fun mods and creators to follow.
When results are finalized, the first-place creator in each category (Java and Bedrock) automatically receives 1,000 coins. No subscription is required. Ties go to the earlier submission.
After the jam ends, visit its results to see the winners. You can also browse past events and the ModJam Leaderboard.
See Mod Wikis & Galleries and Publishing Mods when preparing an entry.
