Twisted Warden

Attacks

  • Swing: both arms through a wide arc in front of it, flinging whatever they hit ( hearts: 9, and sets you on fire).
  • Sonic boom: it bows and its maw fills with light, then pours a sonic boom out of it for about two seconds ( hearts: 2 every fifth of a second, setting you on fire). A wall stops the beam. Eight souls fly out of its maw and hunt the players round it ( hearts: 1.5 each), and it leaves a row of Soulsick Pools along the beam’s path.
  • Soul puddles: it draws souls in through its gaping maw, then drives them into the floor as Soulsick Pools under every player near it and in six spots round it.
  • Summoning roar: Darkness for six seconds on the players within 16 blocks, and three skeletons rise round it, up to six of its own at a time.
  • Spin: it whirls toward you for up to seven seconds, battering whatever it touches ( hearts: 4 every quarter second, setting you on fire), then topples over, dazed for three seconds. While it lies there it takes half again the damage.

Where a soul bursts or falls, a Soulsick Pool sets players and echo golems standing in it on fire with soul fire, for 6 seconds. The city’s wardens are its kin: neither hurts the other, and its own skeletons’ arrows do it no harm. With no one to fight, it goes back to its post once no player is within 32 blocks.
