Use a tuner with an empty hand to lift it onto your head. It rides there wherever you go and sings every few seconds. Sneak to set it down in front of you.
Singing
Each colour sings its own note. Next to an unlit Deep Dark portal frame, a tuner’s note counts towards the melody, just like a note block of that pitch: three tuners of different colours and two note blocks are enough to light it.
