Biomes

The Swift has six biomes. Five cover the surface, and the Echo Den lies deep below them.

Swift Meadows

Rolling hills of tall sculk grass, sprinkled with Chimebells and Hushblooms, with frosted white willow trees on the rises. This is the heart of the Swift.

White Willow Grove

Groves of tall white willows over carpets of teal verdigris moss. Their dark trunks rise to broad, pale canopies hung with long weeping strands. Singers like it here.

Swiftstone Spires

Towering red swiftstone hoodoos, terraced mesas and natural arches with mossy caps, over dunes of orange russet grass. The sentinels’ favourite hunting ground.

Carapace

Dunes of blush sand and russet grass around the bones of something enormous: giant ribcages, cracked shell domes and patches of sculk.

Ichor Shallows

Wide basins filled with shimmering, multicoloured ichor. Blubs gather here in big groups to bathe.

Echo Den

A maze of dark, sculk-lined caverns deep beneath the Swift, reached through sinkholes and caves. There is no light down here except what you bring.
