Description:
Kings Scepter — a powerful melee weapon with the same base damage and sword enchantability as a netherite sword. While held it grants permanent Resistance I, Strength II, Speed II and Health Boost II. Right-click: spawn a red-particle shield for 5 seconds that grants Resistance IV but applies Slowness IV while inside; 30s cooldown. Sneak (hold crouch) for 5 seconds while holding: fires a large red laser beam that deals 20 hearts (40 HP) damage. All abilities should include distinct, polished visual animations.

User request: Add a new weapon called the kings scepter. It has the same base damage as a netherite sword and can be enchanted with all sword enchants. When held, it grants permanent resistance 1, strength 2, speed 2 and health boost 2. When the user right clicks when holding it, a shield of red particles appear around the player for 5 seconds, giving the user resistance 4, but slowness 4 while in the shield, but it has a 30 second cooldown. When the user shifts for 5 seconds while holding the scepter, a large red laser beam shoots out of the scepter, dealing 20 hearts of damage. Make the powers have cool animations
