Description:
Melee weapon (100 durability). On hit, replaces target's Strength with Weakness I for 60 seconds and replaces target's Speed with Slowness I for 60 seconds. Plays a satisfying sound when effects are reversed.

User request: The Uno Reverse Card is a melee weapon that reverses beneficial effects on your target. When you hit an entity that has Strength, it will receive Weakness I for 1 minute instead, and if the target has Speed, it will receive Slowness I for 1 minute. The card has 100 durability and produces a satisfying sound effect when successfully reversing effects.
