X-Heroes
X-Heroes is a large superhero-themed Minecraft mod focused on playable heroes, villains, bosses, factions, structures, powerful artifacts, unique abilities, weapons, world events, and long-term progression.
Instead of simply adding superhero armor with basic potion effects, X-Heroes tries to make every major character feel different through unique mechanics, abilities, equipment, transformations, enemies, and progression.
Explore the world, discover hidden structures, fight powerful villains, collect rare materials, unlock new powers, and slowly uncover what happened to this world.
Play as Superheroes
X-Heroes includes multiple playable superheroes, each with their own mechanics and abilities.
Current heroes include characters such as:

Different heroes use different systems instead of sharing one generic power set.

Bosses are designed to have their own mechanics instead of simply being high-health mobs.
Loki
Loki is a full boss encounter with several abilities.
He can:
fire magical projectiles
teleport during combat
create multiple illusionary clones
hide among his duplicates
use the Loki Scepter
His clones look like Loki and visually carry the Scepter, making it harder to immediately identify the real boss.
Defeating Loki allows the player to obtain one of the most important artifacts in the mod.
The Mind Stone
The Mind Stone is the first Infinity Stone available in X-Heroes.
Loki's Scepter can be separated into:

Empty Loki Scepter
The Stone can later be placed back into the Scepter.
The complete Loki Scepter has a unique Mind Control ability.
You can temporarily control normal living enemies and force them to attack other nearby hostile targets.
Powerful bosses, robots, Sentinels, Ultron and other synthetic or special entities are immune.
The Mind Stone is the beginning of a much larger Infinity Stone progression system planned for X-Heroes.
Wakanda
Wakanda is one of the largest existing content branches in X-Heroes.
Explore Wakandan locations and interact with Wakandan technology, NPCs and enemies.

Heavily armored support soldier.

Military Research Outpost
Military soldiers can be encountered at the Military Research Outpost.
The outpost contains:
