Armor Swap Menu

Quickstart

1. Press G while in-game to instantly open the Armor Swap Menu (this keybinding can be changed in your controls settings under the "Armor Swap Menu" category).
2. The menu opens showing your currently equipped armor at the top, six storable armor sets in the middle, and your inventory/hotbar at the bottom.
3. Drag armor pieces from your inventory into any of the six stored set slots to save them.
4. Click the Swap button beneath any stored set to instantly equip that entire set, swapping it with whatever you currently have on.

Overview

Armor Swap Menu adds a dedicated interface for managing multiple sets of armor without digging through chests or your inventory. Instead of manually equipping four pieces one at a time, you can store up to six complete armor loadouts and swap between them with a single click.

This is especially useful for players who keep different armor for different situations — for example, a full diamond set for combat, a leather set for exploring, and enchanted gear for specific tasks — letting you switch instantly instead of managing gear piece by piece.

What It Adds

• A custom Armor Swap Menu screen, opened with a keybinding rather than a crafted item.
• Six storage slots for full armor sets (helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots each).
• A display area showing your currently equipped armor for reference.
• A Swap button under each stored set for one-click equipping.
• Persistent storage — your saved armor sets remain in the menu between play sessions.

How To Use

• Opening the menu: Press the assigned key (default G) to open the Armor Swap Menu from anywhere in the world.
• Currently equipped armor: Shown at the top of the menu as a read-only display — you can't drag items directly into or out of these slots; they simply reflect what you're wearing.
• Stored sets: Six labeled sets ("Set 1" through "Set 6") each have four slots (helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots). Drag armor from your inventory into these slots to save a set for later.
• Swapping: Click the Swap button below any stored set to equip that entire set. Your previously worn armor is placed into your inventory (or the set's slots, depending on available space) so nothing is lost.
• Organizing: You can rearrange stored armor by dragging pieces between the stored slots and your inventory at any time, letting you build out and edit your saved loadouts.
• Closing the menu: Your stored armor sets are automatically saved when you close the menu, so there's no separate save action needed.

Progression And Strategy

There is no crafting or unlocking involved — the menu is available immediately via the keybinding. The strategic value comes from preparation: stock your six sets ahead of time (e.g., one for mining, one for combat, one for exploring, one for elytra flight, etc.) so you can swap instantly during gameplay instead of pausing to manage your inventory manually. Because storage persists per player, you can set up your loadouts once and rely on them across future sessions.
