Fantasia Lucky Block

Quickstart

1. Craft a Fantasia Lucky Block using gold blocks, dye, and a quartz block:

1. Place it down and mine it — breaking it always drops a reward.
2. Collect the drops: a random armor piece, a rare 3x3 patch of Fantasia Blocks, or a stack of magical loot.
3. Smelt any Fantasia Blocks you receive into Fantasia Ingots, then craft armor, tools, and magic items from the recipes below.
4. Craft a Lucky Coin for a pocket-sized version of the lucky block that you can use anywhere.

Overview

Fantasia Lucky Block adds a single decorative block that acts as a treasure chest: break it and get a random reward drawn from a themed pool of Fantasia gear, gems, potions-on-a-stick, and magical trinkets. Around this core loot mechanic, the mod adds a full tier of custom armor and tools, a set of throwable and wearable magic items, two new hostile mobs, and a coin item that lets you "flip" for loot without needing a placed block.

What It Adds

• Fantasia Lucky Block — the main loot block. Breaking it triggers a random reward.
• Fantasia Block — a solid decorative block, smeltable into Fantasia Ingots. Also occasionally drops in bulk as a lucky block reward.
• Fantasia Ingot — the base crafting material for Fantasia gear.
• Fantasia Gem — a refined crafting component used for high-tier recipes.
• Fantasia Armor Set — Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, and Boots, tougher than diamond gear.
• Fantasia Sword and Fantasia Pickaxe — Fantasia-tier tools.
• Very OP Fantasia Apple — a powerful edible reward item.
• Reinbo — a throwable item that launches an explosive rainbow projectile.
• Rainbow Star — a rare crafting component that powers the Celestial Wand.
• Sun Charm — a magical trinket reward.
• Celestial Wand — a rechargeable magic item that grants buffs.
• Lucky Coin — a consumable, portable version of the lucky block.
• Fantasia Sunwalker and Rainbow Shade — hostile zombie-like mobs (with spawn eggs) that don't burn in daylight.

How To Use

Breaking the Lucky Block

Every time a Fantasia Lucky Block is broken, one of the following happens:

• Armor Drop — a single random piece of Fantasia armor (helmet, chestplate, leggings, or boots) is dropped.
• Fantasia Block Bonus — instead of a normal drop, a 3x3 square of nine Fantasia Blocks appears on the ground around where the block was broken. This is a rarer outcome.
• Treasure Drop — a random item from the Fantasia treasure pool is dropped, typically in a stack of several items (Fantasia Ingots always drop in pairs).

There's no way to control which outcome you get — every break is a gamble, so keep a stack of Lucky Blocks handy if you want to farm rewards.

Using the Lucky Coin

Right-click while holding a Lucky Coin to "flip" it. It plays a chime sound, is consumed (unless in Creative mode), and instantly gives you one random item from the same treasure pool used by the Lucky Block. It has a short cooldown between uses, making it a fast way to gamble for loot without needing to place and mine blocks.

Using the Celestial Wand

The Celestial Wand is a reusable magic focus. To use it:

1. Carry at least one Rainbow Star in your inventory (Creative mode players are exempt).
2. Right-click with the wand equipped.
3. The wand consumes one Rainbow Star and grants you Regeneration II, Resistance II, and Night Vision for 30 seconds, along with a beacon-like activation sound.
4. The wand has a 12-second cooldown before it can be used again.

If you have no Rainbow Star, the wand will refuse to activate and display a warning message.

Throwing Reinbo

Right-click to throw Reinbo. It flies like a snowball but explodes on impact, dealing heavy damage (40 hit points) to anything it strikes directly, plus a small non-destructive blast on landing.

Crafting And Obtaining

All Fantasia gear and magic items are crafted from ingots and gems harvested from the Lucky Block loot loop. A basic recipe for the Fantasia Lucky Block itself is automatically known by every player who joins the world, so you can always craft more.

Fantasia Ingot is obtained by smelting a Fantasia Block in a furnace:

The recipe pathway typically looks like this: mine Fantasia Lucky Blocks → collect Fantasia Blocks and treasure drops → smelt Fantasia Blocks into Ingots → craft Fantasia Gems from Ingots, Amethyst Shards, and Diamonds → use Gems to unlock the Rainbow Star, Sun Charm, Celestial Wand, Lucky Coin, and Pickaxe.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Fantasia Armor offers protection and toughness beyond diamond gear, with knockback resistance and a high enchantability, letting you push enchantments further than usual.
• Fantasia Ingots are used to repair Fantasia armor pieces on an anvil.
• Celestial Wand provides a temporary buff package (regeneration, resistance, night vision) at the cost of consuming a Rainbow Star each use, encouraging players to keep a Rainbow Star supply ready before exploring or fighting.
• Reinbo and its projectile deal heavy single-target damage and a small area blast, useful against tough enemies but consumed on throw.
• Lucky Coin offers the same reward pool as the Lucky Block in a portable, no-placement-needed form.
• Fantasia Sunwalker and Rainbow Shade behave like tougher zombies that are immune to burning in sunlight, so they remain a threat during the day. Their spawn eggs can be used to summon them directly if you want to fight them for loot or challenge.

Progression And Strategy

Start by crafting and breaking Fantasia Lucky Blocks to build up a stock of Fantasia Blocks and Ingots. Smelt Blocks into Ingots, then invest in Fantasia Gems — the gateway component for almost every advanced item in the mod. From there, decide whether to prioritize survivability (full Fantasia armor set), combat power (Fantasia Sword, Reinbo), utility (Celestial Wand for buffs), or economy (Lucky Coins for quick, repeatable gambling). Because rewards are random, farming multiple Lucky Blocks at once is the most reliable way to accumulate the rarer components like Rainbow Stars and Sun Charms.
