Description
Masterwork Tools overhauls harvesting by adding Enchanted Ore in caves and deepslate that drops Enchanted Crystals you can dye into red, orange, yellow, green, and purple variants to craft matching enchanted tools and armor or use as repair material, while preserving enchanted behaviors on vanilla and modded blocks. Enchanted Shovels clear a 3x3 top layer, Enchanted Pickaxes mine entire connected ore veins, Enchanted Axes instantly fell fully grown trees (including connected leaves), and Enchanted Hoes create permanently moist, trampling‑immune Enchanted Farmland (placeable), with all related items, ores, crystals, and farmland grouped in the Masterwork Tools creative tab. All armor sets—including the base enchanted set and five colors—now feature completely remade neon, outline‑free inventory icons and matching worn-armor textures so equipped and inventory views match the refreshed look; gameplay, stats, recipes, and mechanics are unchanged.

Quickstart
- Find Enchanted Ore — explore caves and deepslate layers underground. It looks like a glowing ore block and drops Enchanted Crystals when mined.
- Craft a tool — take your Enchanted Crystals to a crafting table and make an Enchanted Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, or Hoe using the standard tool shapes.
- Try it out — mine a connected ore vein with the Enchanted Pickaxe and watch it clear the entire vein at once, or chop a tree with the Enchanted Axe to fell the whole thing instantly.
- Add color — combine any Enchanted Crystal with a dye (red, orange, yellow, green, or purple) to make a colored crystal, then craft matching colored tools and armor.

Overview
Masterwork Tools overhauls how you harvest the world. A new ore — Enchanted Ore — spawns in caves and deepslate and provides Enchanted Crystals, the core material for an entirely new tier of tools and armor. Each tool type carries a unique mass-harvesting ability, and crystals can be dyed into five colors to create matching colored equipment sets. A new placeable Enchanted Farmland block supports permanent, trampling-immune farming.

Abilities And Mechanics
Enchanted Pickaxe — Vein Miner
Mine any ore block and the pickaxe automatically breaks the entire connected vein in one action. No need to chase ore pockets block by block.
Enchanted Axe — Instant Tree Felling
Right-click or break any log of a fully grown tree and the entire tree — trunk and all connected leaves — falls at once.
Enchanted Shovel — 3×3 Surface Clearing
Each use removes a 3×3 area of the top layer of soil, gravel, sand, or similar blocks. Ideal for clearing large flat areas quickly.
Enchanted Hoe — Enchanted Farmland
Using the hoe on dirt or grass converts it into Enchanted Farmland. This farmland stays moist permanently and cannot be trampled by players or mobs jumping on it, unlike vanilla farmland.
Armor
All six armor sets (base enchanted and five colored variants) provide protection and display matching neon inventory icons with worn-armor textures that match exactly what you see equipped.

Enchanted Crystals and colored variants can be used to repair their corresponding tools and armor in an anvil.

Progression And Strategy
- Early underground: As soon as you reach cave-level mining, keep an eye out for Enchanted Ore's distinctive glow. Even a handful of Enchanted Crystals lets you craft your first tool immediately.
- Pick your first tool wisely: The Enchanted Pickaxe pays off fastest during ore-hunting runs since vein-mining multiplies your crystal and resource haul. The Enchanted Shovel excels when building or clearing large surface areas.
- Dye for identity: All six crystal colors produce functionally identical equipment — choose your color for personal style or to color-code armor sets for different members of a multiplayer server.
- Farm setup: Convert a large farming plot with the Enchanted Hoe early. Because Enchanted Farmland never dries out and cannot be trampled, you never have to re-till or water, making it the best permanent farm base in the mod.
- Repair economy: Hold onto surplus crystals of each color to repair tools and armor at the anvil rather than crafting replacements from scratch.
