Emberfall Keyblade

Quickstart

1. Craft the Emberfall Keyblade using its recipe below; the recipe is unlocked automatically when you join or load into a world.
2. Equip it and right-click to launch a fireball in the direction you’re looking.
3. While holding the Keyblade, sneak to freeze your unfrozen fireballs nearby. While still sneaking, right-click to detonate all your frozen fireballs nearby at once.

Try launching several fireballs, freezing them midair, then detonating them together.

Overview

The Emberfall Keyblade is a sword that doubles as a fireball launcher. Its projectiles burst when they hit an entity or block, or when you detonate them yourself. Frozen fireballs stay suspended until detonated.

What It Adds

• Emberfall Keyblade: A sword with 2,031 durability that launches fireballs.
• Fireball projectiles: Owner-linked shots that can be frozen and detonated in a group.

How To Use

• Right-click: Launch a fireball. There is a brief cooldown between shots.
• Sneak while holding the Keyblade: Freeze your unfrozen fireballs within a 128-block search radius.
• Sneak + right-click: Detonate your frozen fireballs within that radius. They explode where they are, making it possible to unleash a barrage.

Only fireballs you launched are affected by your freeze and detonate actions.

Abilities And Mechanics

The Keyblade can also be used as a sword. Its fireballs travel in the direction you’re looking and burst on impact. Frozen fireballs stop moving and ignore gravity until you detonate them.

Progression And Strategy

Fire a few shots toward your target, then sneak to hold them in place. Sneak-right-click when you’re ready to detonate the group. Keep in mind that the freeze and detonate actions only reach your own fireballs within the search radius.
