Soul powers

No two souls are alike. A Soul Block reveals your own soul power, and it’s the same one every time.

Using a Soul Block

Place a Soul Block and use it with an empty hand. You get your soul power for 3 minutes, and a message tells you which one it is: “Your soul answers the Soul Block”. After that, the Soul Block won’t work for you again for 5 minutes. It sparkles to show it’s still recharging.

In the Swift, recharging follows the tide. During the Surge, Soul Blocks recharge twice as fast, in 2½ minutes. During the Undertow, they stop recharging altogether: “The Soul Block rests during the Undertow”.

Your power belongs to you, not to the block. Every Soul Block gives you the same power, and your friends each have their own.
