The Leaf Echo Capsule is a mystical pill that, when used with any water item in your inventory, instantly restores your health and hunger and grants every positive status effect for five minutes. If you try to consume it without water, you’ll be prompted to “please go get water.” On successful use, a loyal clone companion spawns to follow you indefinitely, periodically applying healing bursts and beneficial buffs as you explore and conquer the world. How to install
