Aetherium Harvest
Quickstart
- Make a resource seed by combining wheat seeds with its matching resource; for example, makes Iron Seeds.
- Use the seeds on farmland to plant them. Let the crop grow, or use bone meal to speed it up. Harvest it when mature to collect the resource and seeds for replanting.
- Find Aetherium Ore or Deepslate Aetherium Ore underground and mine it with a diamond-tier pickaxe. Smelt the Raw Aetherium into an ingot, then craft upgraded diamond gear with Aetherium Ingots.
Overview
The mod offers two ways to build up resources: grow crops for familiar minerals, or mine Aetherium to reinforce diamond equipment. Crops return their matching seeds when broken; harvest them when mature to get their resource as well.
What It Adds
- Nine resource crops and matching seeds: diamond, iron, gold, copper, emerald, redstone, lapis, coal, and quartz.
- Aetherium Ore, Deepslate Aetherium Ore, Raw Aetherium, Aetherium Ingots and Nuggets, and Blocks of Aetherium.
- Aetherium-reinforced diamond tools, weapons, and armor.
How To Use
Plant resource seeds on farmland. Bone meal speeds crop growth. Break a mature crop to collect its matching resource; Fortune can increase the resource yield. Crops also drop their matching seeds, so you can plant them again.
Mine either Aetherium ore with a diamond-tier pickaxe. Without Silk Touch, the ore drops Raw Aetherium, with Fortune able to increase the drop. Silk Touch instead yields the ore block itself.

Each seed recipe combines wheat seeds with the resource named in the table.

Turn Raw Aetherium into an Aetherium Ingot in a furnace or blast furnace: . You can also craft an ingot from one Copper Ingot, one Iron Ingot, one Gold Ingot, one Emerald, and one Diamond: .
For Aetherium storage and conversion, craft one ingot from nine nuggets, nine nuggets from one ingot, or a block from nine ingots. A block can be unpacked into nine ingots.

Abilities And Mechanics
Aetherium-reinforced equipment has enhanced durability and power. Craft an upgrade with the matching diamond item and eight Aetherium Ingots; the arrangement in the crafting grid does not matter.

Equip reinforced armor as usual, and use reinforced tools and weapons like their diamond counterparts.
Progression And Strategy
Start with crops for a renewable supply of useful resources. For Aetherium, mine the ore with Silk Touch if you want to keep the block, or use Fortune to improve Raw Aetherium drops. Smelt the raw material or combine it with other precious resources to make ingots, then spend eight ingots to reinforce the diamond gear you use most.
