Vault Card ATM

Quickstart

1. Craft a Vault Card ATM block and an ATM Card at a crafting table (recipes below).
2. Place the ATM block anywhere — it faces toward you automatically, appearing as a dark metal cabinet with a screen, keypad, card slot, and cash dispenser.
3. Hold your ATM Card and use it (tap/right-click) on the ATM block to open the ATM menu.
4. From the menu you can deposit Vault Coins from your inventory, withdraw your stored balance as physical Vault Coins, or check your balance.

Overview

Vault Card ATM adds a placeable banking kiosk to your world. Players use Vault Coins as the sole currency — depositing them into a personal bank balance stored on the ATM and withdrawing them back as physical items whenever needed. Operators have access to an activity log showing every player's recent ATM transactions.

ATM Card

Vault Coins are the in-world currency this mod revolves around. Obtain them through your server's economy, trades, or other sources, then bring them to the ATM to bank them.

How To Use

Opening the ATM Menu

Hold your ATM Card and use it on a placed Vault Card ATM block. The ATM Kiosk menu opens and shows:

• Your current bank balance (Vault Coins stored)
• Coins in your inventory (physical Vault Coins you are carrying)

Menu Options

Abilities And Mechanics

• Directional placement — the ATM automatically orients its screen toward you when placed, facing north, south, east, or west.
• Per-player balances — each player's bank balance is stored individually; no player can access another player's funds.
• Vault Coins only — the ATM does not accept any other item. Only physical Vault Coins can be deposited or withdrawn.
• Overflow protection — if your inventory has no room during a withdrawal, coins drop on the ground at your feet so nothing is lost.
• Activity logging — every deposit, withdrawal, and balance check is recorded (up to 100 entries per player). Only operators can view this log through the in-menu Operator Activity Log screen.
• Mining — the ATM block takes about 1.5 seconds to break by hand and has no explosion resistance.

Progression And Strategy

• Bank early — depositing Vault Coins into the ATM protects them from loss on death (the balance is stored independently of your inventory).
• Carry only what you need — keep a working supply of Vault Coins in your inventory for trades or purchases, and bank the rest.
• Operators — use the Operator Activity Log to audit player transactions, verify trades, and resolve disputes without needing chat notifications cluttering the server feed.
