Orbital Flame Katana

Quickstart

Craft the katana at a crafting table, or find it in the Creative inventory under Equipment.

Hold the katana, aim toward a target, then press Use. A ring of fireballs descends around the point you’re aiming at. Wait about 3 seconds before using it again.

Overview

The Orbital Flame Katana is a melee weapon with a ranged fireball attack. It deals 8 attack damage and has 600 durability.

How To Use

• Melee: Hold the katana and attack as you would with a sword.
• Orbital attack: Aim and press Use to call down fireballs around your aim point. The attack reaches roughly 14 blocks ahead, so aim carefully.
• Cooldown: The special attack can be used once every 3 seconds.

Crafting And Obtaining

Craft one katana at a crafting table with two iron ingots, one fire charge, and one stick, arranged as shown in the recipe above. The recipe unlocks when you have those ingredients.

Abilities And Mechanics

Using the katana sends eight small fireballs down from above, arranged around the aimed location and converging toward it. The weapon can also be enchanted as a sword.
