Placeable Nitro block. Right-click to open a command menu. Select 'Auto Diamond Block' to spawn a diamond block beneath the player that follows them and is labeled Midas Touch.

User request: Nitro block, place it down then click it to open a menu of different types of commands, if you click auto diamond block it sets a diamond block below the player following it which says Midas touch
