Mangrove Pinkfin Dolphin
Quickstart
- In Survival: Search ocean waters near a mangrove swamp for the rare pink dolphin. It spawns in water, in ocean biomes within about 48 blocks of a mangrove swamp.
- In Creative: Find the Mangrove Pinkfin Dolphin Spawn Egg in the Spawn Eggs inventory tab and use it on water.
- Try swimming alongside it or offer it raw cod or raw salmon, as you would with a regular dolphin.
- To collect a Pink Fin, kill the dolphin; it drops one when it dies.
Overview
The Mangrove Pinkfin Dolphin is a pink-skinned dolphin associated with mangrove coastlines. It behaves like a regular Minecraft dolphin, but is rare to encounter naturally.

How To Use
Like other dolphins, it can guide players toward nearby shipwrecks or underwater ruins when fed raw cod or raw salmon. Swimming near a dolphin can also grant Dolphin’s Grace.
Use the spawn egg on water to spawn the dolphin. The egg is available in Creative mode; no crafting recipe is provided.
Crafting And Obtaining
Pink Fins are obtained from the dolphin’s death drop. The mod provides no crafting recipe or other special use for the fin.

This Java mod can be used on Windows and Mac PCs with the CreativeMode Launcher or any Minecraft launcher of your choice.
