    Mob

    Description:

The Ender Overlord Homelander is a terrifying humanoid End boss who silently stalks you from rooftops, hills, or trees—sensing you by sound, smell, and body heat—and will remain neutral unless you attack him, harm villagers, destroy or loot village property, attack other players, or claim to be Starlight. In neutral mode he’s far more unsettling now: he perches in high, shadowy vantage points, briefly appears behind you to stare with portal particles and low static while whispering, and still uses all his combat moves—lasers, punches, flight, grabs, air-carry slams and a booming 60‑second countdown that ends with a cinematic lift-and-crush finisher instead of an explosion.

    Mod Wiki

    Homelander Mod

    Quickstart

    1. Spawn Homelander using the command /summon ender-overlord-sr7bucti:ender_overlord_sr7bucti or find him lurking near villages, hills, and rooftops in your world.
    2. Do not provoke him. In his neutral state he will silently observe you—watch for him appearing behind you with portal particles and radio static.
    3. To see his full combat behavior, attack him—or try harming a villager, breaking village property, attacking another player, or typing that you are Starlight in chat.
    4. Craft a BM item (see below) as your primary tool for interacting with him when he demands it.

    Overview

Homelander is a powerful humanoid boss entity that inhabits your world as a silent, ever-present threat. He is not immediately hostile—he watches, stalks, and judges. He perches on rooftops, hilltops, and treetops, sensing players through sound, smell, and body heat. His neutral presence is deeply unsettling: he may briefly materialize behind you, staring in silence while portal particles swirl and low static crackles. Provoke him, and you face one of the most dangerous boss encounters in Minecraft.

    What It Adds

    ContentDescription
HomelanderHumanoid End boss mob with advanced stalking, sensing, and combat AI
BMA craftable item used in interactions with Homelander

    How To Use

    Staying Neutral

Homelander remains passive as long as you:

    • Do not attack him
    • Do not harm villagers
    • Do not destroy or loot village property
    • Do not attack other players
    • Do not claim to be Starlight in chat

In neutral mode he still moves and watches. He will select high vantage points—rooftops, hills, trees—and silently observe you. Occasionally he will appear directly behind you, accompanied by portal particles and quiet radio static whispers, then vanish. This behavior is intentional and inescapable.

    Triggering Combat

Any of the prohibited actions above will turn Homelander hostile. Once enraged, he will hunt you relentlessly using his full arsenal of powers.

    Crafting And Obtaining

    BM Item

Craft BM by placing a Milk Bucket above a Water Bucket in a crafting grid:

    Milk Bucket
    Water Bucket

(No recipe shortcode is available for this item; craft it manually as shown above.)

    Spawning Homelander

    Use the command:

    /summon ender-overlord-sr7bucti:ender_overlord_sr7bucti

He may also appear naturally near villages and elevated terrain.

    Abilities And Mechanics

    Sensing

Homelander detects players through sound, smell, and body heat—not just line of sight. Sneaking and distance alone will not guarantee safety.

    Neutral Stalking Behavior

    • Seeks out high ground: rooftops, hills, and treetops to watch from above.
    • Briefly appears behind you with portal particles and low radio static.
    • Whispers while staring before vanishing again.
    • All of this occurs even when he is not in combat.

    Combat Powers

Once provoked, Homelander uses a rotating set of devastating attacks:

    AbilityEffect
Heat Vision (Laser)Locks onto a player and fires sustained laser beams dealing continuous damage
Brutal PunchA powerful melee strike with significant knockback
FlightHomelander can fly freely, pursuing players at any elevation
Grab & Air CarryGrabs a player, carries them into the air, then slams them down
Terrain SmashDestroys nearby blocks to reach players
Door BreachCan open and break through doors searching for players

    The 60-Second Countdown

One of Homelander's most terrifying moves is his countdown finisher:

    • He initiates a booming 60-second countdown, accompanied by rhythmic thud and static sounds.
    • The countdown is displayed cinematically on screen.
    • When it reaches zero, Homelander performs a lift-and-crush finisher—he grabs you, lifts you into the air, and crushes you with a devastating finishing move.
    • There are multiple finisher variants: a ground hand crush, an air head crush, and an air slam-down.

    Village Aggression

Homelander actively defends villages. If you harm villagers or damage/loot village property, he will become hostile and may begin searching the village, breaking down doors, and hunting down the offender.

    The BM Item

Homelander may request BM from a player during certain interaction sequences. Crafting and presenting this item can influence how he responds. Crafting it plays a unique sound effect.

    Progression And Strategy

Avoidance: The safest approach is to mind your behavior around villages and other players. Homelander will leave you alone if you give him no reason to act.

    Preparation before fighting:

    • Stock up on high-tier armor and weapons before provoking him.
    • Keep mobility items (Elytra, Ender Pearls) handy—his flight and grab moves make staying grounded dangerous.
    • Fight in open terrain where you can see him approach; tight corridors trigger his hallway-pursuit behavior and unique intimidation music.

    During combat:

    • Watch for the laser lock-on—move erratically to reduce sustained damage.
    • When the 60-second countdown begins, prioritize dealing as much damage as possible before it expires; surviving the finisher is extremely difficult.
    • If grabbed and carried into the air, use any available escape items immediately.

The BM item may offer an alternative path during certain interactions—craft one and keep it in your inventory before any confrontation.
