Quickstart
Craft a Treasure Tackle with a fishing rod, a diamond, a gold ingot, and lapis lazuli. The recipe is shapeless, so the ingredients can go anywhere in the crafting grid.
Hold the tackle, cast it into water with Use Item (right-click by default), then use it again to reel in your catch when the bobber signals a bite.
Overview
Treasure Tackle works like a fishing rod, but catches valuable materials and a few unexpected items instead of ordinary fishing loot. It has 64 durability and cannot be stacked.
What It Adds
One fishing tool: Treasure Tackle. You can also find it in the Creative inventory under Tools & Utilities.
How To Use
Cast into water and wait for a bite, then reel in with Use Item. Each catch rolls for one of the possible rewards below.
Crafting And Obtaining
Craft it with a fishing rod, diamond, gold ingot, and lapis lazuli using the recipe above. The recipe is shapeless.

Treasure Tackle’s catch chances are:

Progression And Strategy
Use it when you want to fish for resources rather than ordinary catches. Iron and lapis are its most common rewards; diamonds are less frequent, so be prepared to cast repeatedly.

This Java mod can be used on Windows and Mac PCs with the CreativeMode Launcher or any Minecraft launcher of your choice.
