Tesla Roadster Expansion
Quickstart
Craft the Roadster item using the recipe below, then place it on clear ground. Right-click any part of the displayed Roadster to spawn the drivable vehicle and mount it; the placed display disappears.
While riding, use WASD to move and steer. Try Space to hover, R to boost, G to toggle downforce, and J to flip. Use your sprint key (default Ctrl) to dismount.
Overview
Build and drive a rideable Roadster with arcade-style movement, a boost, hover, downforce, and a flip. While riding, an on-screen display shows speed, heading, and ability status.
What It Adds
- A craftable Roadster display that assembles when placed.
- A drivable vehicle that you enter by right-clicking one of its parts.
- A driving HUD and four vehicle abilities.
Crafting And Obtaining
The recipe becomes available after you enter a world. Craft one Roadster item, then place it where there is room for its displayed parts.
How To Use
- WASD: Drive and steer. W moves forward; S moves backward. A and D slide sideways, even without forward movement.
- Mouse: Aim to steer the vehicle’s facing.
- Sprint key (default Ctrl): Dismount. Sneak does not dismount you.
- Right-click a placed Roadster part to convert the display into the vehicle and ride it. The display blocks are removed when the vehicle spawns.
Abilities And Mechanics
| Control | Ability | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| R | Boost | Increases forward speed for 5 seconds; recharges over 20 seconds. |
| Space | Hover | While held, lifts the Roadster up to about 2 blocks from where hovering began, then holds it there. Releasing Space lets gravity act normally. |
| G | Downforce | Toggles stronger downward pull while airborne, helping bring the Roadster back to the ground. |
| J | Flip | Performs a flip animation; can be used again after a 5-second cooldown. |
The HUD reports boost readiness or cooldown, hover and downforce states, current speed, and heading.
Progression And Strategy
There is no vehicle fuel to manage. Use boost for a quick burst on open ground, and hover to clear obstacles or control a descent. Toggle downforce when you want to drop back toward the ground sooner.
How to install
This Java mod can be used on Windows and Mac PCs with the CreativeMode Launcher or any Minecraft launcher of your choice.

2. Click to play on the top of the screen.
3. That's it — launches instantly. No complicated setup required.
