GOLDEN RULE 2025/2026 (1.20.5+ and newer): - Cheapest enchantments FIRST on the item - Expensive ones (high levels) LAST - Combine books with multiple enchants together BEFORE applying to item ────────────────────────────────────────────────────── 1. HELMET – Best order (minimal cost) ────────────────────────────────────────────────────── 1. Unbreaking III (book) 2. Mending (book) 3. Protection IV (book) 4. Respiration III (book) 5. Aqua Affinity (book) ──────────────────────────────────────────────── Optional (add at end if needed): • Thorns III • Blast Protection / Projectile Protection / Fire Protection IV Note: If you want only one Protection type – put it RIGHT AFTER Mending. ────────────────────────────────────────────────────── 2.
