Adds a Yellow Tether technique you can equip and use (typically provided as a technique ring) to hard‑lock a target: when tethered the entity is completely frozen — zero velocity, teleported back to its anchor, AI/navigation and item use stopped, attacks blocked, and tether VFX remain active. Break the tether by right‑clicking the tethered entity with any item or an empty hand to trigger the chain‑break effects, or wait for the tether to auto‑release after 10 minutes (12000 ticks); traps and other systems will respect the released state.
