  1. Place the block anywhere you like.
  2. Break it with a pickaxe (in Survival, not Creative) to trigger a random reward.
  3. Loot ranges from powerful armor and tools to chaotic thrown items, a healing apple, and rare colorful pizzas. Very rarely, breaking the block spawns a small shrine structure instead of dropping an item.

Overview

The Bedrock Lucky Block is a mystery block styled after the toughest material in the game. It looks unassuming, but every time it's broken it hands out a random prize from a large pool of custom loot — ranging from useful gear to joke items designed to mess with other players. It's built for multiplayer chaos, minigames, or just spicing up survival worlds with unpredictable rewards.

What It Adds

  • Bedrock Lucky Block – the placeable block you break to get rewards.
  • Bedrock Armor Set – Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, and Boots, extremely tough and durable.
  • Bedrock Tools – Sword, Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, and Hoe.
  • Bedrock Apple – a food item with a huge absorption effect.
  • Bedrock Core and Bedrock Feather – rare collectible drops.
  • Inventory Inverter Bed – a throwable item that scrambles a hit player's inventory.
  • Disorientation Rock – a throwable item that nauseates and slows whoever it hits.
  • Lucky Pizzas (Yellow, Blue, Green) – powerful temporary buff foods.
  • Bedrock Golem – a dangerous guardian creature tied to the rare shrine reward.

How To Use

Getting Started

Craft the Bedrock Lucky Block from the recipe shown in Quickstart, then place it down like a normal block. Anyone who joins the world automatically receives the crafting recipe, so all players can make their own.

Breaking the Block

  • Only breaking the block in Survival mode triggers a reward — breaking it in Creative just removes the block with no drop.
  • The block requires a pickaxe to mine.
  • Most of the time (about 7 out of 8 breaks) you receive one random item from the full loot pool.
  • Occasionally (about 1 in 8 breaks) a lucky shrine structure is placed at the block's location instead of a normal drop. This structure summons a Bedrock Golem, a heavily buffed guardian mob with high health, hard-hitting attacks, and near-total knockback resistance. It will actively hunt down and attack any non-creative player nearby, so be ready for a fight if you're going for the shrine outcome.

Using the Loot

ItemWhat It Does
Bedrock Armor (Helmet/Chestplate/Leggings/Boots)Extremely durable armor with high protection and toughness — equip like normal armor.
Bedrock Sword / Pickaxe / Axe / Shovel / HoeBedrock-tier tools and weapons for combat and gathering.
Bedrock AppleEat it for 20 extra absorption hearts (lasts 10 minutes) and it removes Slow Falling.
Bedrock Core / Bedrock FeatherRare collectible items from the loot pool.
Inventory Inverter BedThrow it — hitting a player reverses the order of most of their inventory slots. A great prank item.
Disorientation RockThrow it — hitting a player gives them Nausea and Slowness for a full minute.
Yellow Lucky PizzaEat for absorption, Slow Falling, and Regeneration, plus a massively extended interaction/attack reach while active.
Blue Lucky PizzaEat for Strength, Resistance, Speed, Haste, Regeneration, Absorption, Fire Resistance, Water Breathing, and Night Vision all at once.
Green Lucky PizzaEat for Jump Boost, Speed, Resistance, Regeneration, Luck, Hero of the Village, Dolphin's Grace, Conduit Power, Absorption, and Fire Resistance all at once.

All potion-style buffs from the pizzas and the apple last a long time (many in-game minutes), making them powerful tools for boss fights, exploration, or just showing off.

Crafting And Obtaining

The Bedrock Lucky Block is the only item with a known crafting recipe — everything else can only be obtained as a random drop from breaking the block (or via structure loot from the shrine, if applicable). There is no way to craft armor, tools, pizzas, or the throwable items directly, so repeatedly breaking Lucky Blocks is the primary way to build up a collection.

Abilities And Mechanics

  • Random Rewards: Each break rolls independently among 18 possible outcomes, covering every custom item plus the block itself.
  • Rare Shrine Event: A small chance replaces the normal drop with a shrine and a hostile Bedrock Golem guardian — a mini "boss fight" moment.
  • Yellow Pizza Reach Boost: While the Yellow Pizza's effect is active, your interaction and attack range is dramatically extended, letting you reach and hit blocks or entities from far away.
  • Thrown Trick Items: The Inventory Inverter Bed and Disorientation Rock behave like snowballs — throw them to affect other players from a distance.

Progression And Strategy

  • Keep a supply of Lucky Blocks on hand for events, minigames, or PvP setups — since rewards are random, breaking many blocks increases your chances of getting the gear or buffs you want.
  • Craft extras to trade or share, since only the block itself is craftable.
  • Save pizzas for tough fights or exploration runs, since their buffs are strong but temporary.
  • Be cautious when breaking Lucky Blocks in unfamiliar areas — the rare Bedrock Golem event can ambush you with a very tough hostile mob.
  • Use the trick items (Inventory Inverter Bed, Disorientation Rock) strategically in PvP or minigames to disrupt opponents at a distance.
