Description:
The Withers Blade is a fireproof, unbreakable sword that deals 5 hearts of damage per hit while cursing its wielder with the Wither effect whenever it’s held. Simply equip it in your main hand and left-click to attack—any enemy felled by its strike will leave behind a Wither Rose and call down a lightning bolt for maximum spectacle. No special keybinds or modes are needed: just swing and unleash its dark power.
Manage versions and create new iterations of this mod.
This will create a new mod based on "Withers Blade" with your modifications. The original mod will remain unchanged and you'll be credited as the author of the remix.
This will create a new version of "Withers Blade" for Minecraft Java 1.20.1. The original mod will remain unchanged.

User request: Make me a sword, that is balanced and comes after netherite. Its is crafted with the dragon egg and a nether star and some netherite, and is vanilla friendly, abit better than the netherite sword and is unbreakable. It will deal +3 more damage then the netherite sword and gives the player the wither effect. Name the sword "Withers Blade". when someone dies to the sword, spawn a wither rose where they have died, and when they die, make lightning strike the player who has been slayed. Edit v2: remake the model so that its not a netherite sword and it uses its own textures Edit v3: change the attack damage from 16 to 11 hearts Edit v4: change the attack damage to 10 Edit v5: The sword deals 5 hearts of damage and doesn't have the enchantment glint effect unless enchanted
