Description:
The King's Crown is a helmet with the same defense as a Netherite helmet. While worn it grants an extra row of hearts, permanent Strength II and Speed II, and gives the wearer Glowing. It is enchantable with all standard helmet enchantments. While sneaking and right-clicking, the wearer fires a red particle laser from their head that deals 2 hearts of damage every 5 ticks.

User request: Add a new helmet called the king's crown. It is a helmet that grants the wielder an extra row of hearts, as well as permanent strength 2 and speed 2 potion effects, however it also gives the wielder the glowing effect while they are wearing it. The crown should have the same defense as a netherite helmet and be enchantable with all the same enchants as helmets. When wearing it and the user shifts and right clicks at the same time, a red laser of particles is shot out of the user's head in front of the player, dealing 2 hearts of damage every 5 ticks.
