The Gamemode Switcher is a single handheld tool that gives you fast, in-game access to all four Minecraft gamemodes — Survival, Creative, Adventure, and Spectator — without ever needing to type a /gamemode command. A clean dropdown menu lets you pick your mode and confirms the switch with a chat message.

Hold the Gamemode Switcher and right-click (Java-style) or tap the Use button (touch/controller). A modal form titled Gamemode Switcher appears with a dropdown listing:
The dropdown pre-selects your current gamemode so you always know where you are. Choose a different mode and press confirm. You receive a green confirmation message and are immediately placed into the selected gamemode.
The item has a 1-second cooldown after use, preventing accidental double-triggers.
Type exactly cm or !cm in the chat box and send. The same dropdown menu opens. This method works from any gamemode, including Spectator (where you cannot normally access your inventory or use items). A registered slash command /cm is also available on supported runtimes.
