Disco Void Dimension

Quickstart

Craft a Disco Pass with obsidian, glowstone dust, and an ender pearl:

Hold the pass and use it to enter the Disco Void. Use it again there to return to the Overworld spawn; the pass is not consumed. Keep it handy: the dimension removes gravity from you and other living entities, and invisible creepers and extremely durable Endermen make exploration dangerous.

Overview

The Disco Void is a zero-gravity dimension with two major hazards: invisible creepers and Endermen with roughly 2,000 points of total health (about 1,000 hearts). The Disco Pass provides travel in and out.

What It Adds

• Disco Pass: Crafted travel item that takes you to the Disco Void and back.
• Void Spark: A possible Enderman drop in the Disco Void; can be turned into ender pearls.
• Disco Block: A sturdy building block.

How To Use

Use the Disco Pass from the Overworld to enter the Disco Void. Using it while in the Disco Void returns you to the Overworld spawn. Allow a moment between uses.

Gravity is disabled for entities in the dimension, so expect to float rather than fall normally. Creepers there are invisible, while Endermen take a great deal of effort to defeat.

Crafting And Obtaining

Endermen that die in the Disco Void have a 40% chance to drop a Void Spark. Craft one spark into two ender pearls: .

The Disco Block is available in the Building Blocks creative inventory. It drops itself when mined with a diamond-tier pickaxe or better.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Zero gravity: Entities in the Disco Void do not have gravity.
• Invisible creepers: Creepers in the dimension are kept invisible.
• Enderman endurance: Disco Void Endermen have about 2,000 total health, including absorption.

Progression And Strategy

Bring the Disco Pass whenever you explore so you can return to the Overworld. Treat Endermen as major threats, and don’t rely on spotting creepers before they get close. Defeating Endermen can also provide Void Sparks for extra ender pearls.
