Crynet Phantom Suit

Quickstart

1. Craft all four pieces of the Crynet Phantom Suit: Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, and Boots.
2. Equip all four pieces at once — the suit's power only activates when the full set is worn.
3. Press your sneak key (default: Shift) to toggle between two modes:
   • Protection Mode — heavy damage resistance
   • Stealth Mode — near-total invisibility
4. Watch the on-screen message to confirm which mode is active, and sneak again to switch back.

Overview

The Crynet Phantom Suit is a full armor set that grants its wearer powerful defensive and stealth abilities. Instead of relying on armor points alone, the suit lets you actively switch between two combat styles on the fly just by sneaking. It never takes durability damage, so once you've assembled the set, it's built to last forever.

Each piece equips into its normal armor slot (head, chest, legs, feet) just like vanilla armor, and all four are required together for the suit's special abilities to work.

Crafting And Obtaining

The suit pieces are crafted using a mix of high-tier vanilla materials — netherite ingots, ender eyes, ender pearls, phantom membranes, and diamond armor — reflecting the suit's high-end, almost otherworldly nature.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Full Set Requirement: All four abilities only trigger when you are wearing the Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, and Boots simultaneously. Remove any piece and the effects stop immediately.
• Sneak To Toggle: Tapping sneak while wearing the full set switches between two modes:
  • Protection Mode (default): Grants a strong, continuously-refreshed Resistance effect, making you highly resistant to incoming damage.
  • Stealth Mode: Grants continuous Invisibility, letting you slip past enemies and mobs unseen.
• A short cooldown after each toggle prevents accidentally flickering back and forth between modes with a single sneak motion.
• A message in the corner of your screen confirms which mode you've just switched into.
• The armor never breaks — it has no durability loss, so it never needs repairing.

Progression And Strategy

Use Protection Mode when heading into direct fights, boss encounters, or dangerous areas where you expect to take heavy damage. Switch to Stealth Mode when you need to sneak past hostile mobs, explore dangerous structures unseen, or retreat safely from a fight gone wrong. Since switching is instant and only requires a sneak, you can adapt mid-encounter — turtle up with Resistance, then vanish to escape if things turn against you. Because the suit doesn't degrade, it's a long-term investment worth the steep crafting cost.
