create a mob that looks like a creeper which has the following appearance: 'This creeper should be 2.5 times the size of normal creeper and have the same color scheme with red veins all over it.' and the following behavior/capabilities: 'The creeper should have a 4 times bigger explosion than a normal creeper and a 2.5 times bigger detection radius. The creeper should also spawn 20 normal creepers when it dies.'
