Description:
The Dragon War Axe is a legendary double-bladed dragon-themed axe that deals heavy melee damage and grants a ground-pound ability: right-click while airborne to rapidly descend and slam the ground, becoming immune to fall damage and dealing massive area-of-effect damage and knockback to enemies within about 5 blocks; the ability has a 6-second cooldown shown by the vanilla-style grey sweep overlay on the axe’s hotbar icon and by a seconds counter in the tooltip. The mod also adds Dragon Scales (a purple/dark grey ingredient in the Ingredients creative tab) which are obtainable from End City treasure chests (roughly a 30% chance for 1–3 scales) and used to craft the Dragon War Axe.
Manage versions and create new iterations of this mod.
This will create a new mod based on "Dragon War Axe" with your modifications. The original mod will remain unchanged and you'll be credited as the author of the remix.
This will create a new version of "Dragon War Axe" for Minecraft Java 1.20.1. The original mod will remain unchanged.

User request: Create a new weapon called "Dragon War Axe". it looks like a double bladed purple and dark grey axe with dragon elements. It does alot of damage( more than a netherite axe), and if the item is right clicked while your in the air, you will groundpound, traveling quickly downward and damaging mobs around you for big damage (this ability has a cooldown). you dont take fall damage during this groundpound. Its crafted with a Dragons breath potion and 2 netherite axes. Edit v2: Use the custom texture for the weapon in game. also make the ability cooldown also show in the hotbar. Edit v3: Add another new item called "Dragon Scales" You get them from the end city chests(they only have a chance of being in the chests), or from killing the ender dragon(Only about 1 to 5). The new recipe for the Dragon War Axe is 1 netherite axe, 1 dragon's breath potion, and 7 Dragon Scales. Edit v4: Remove the feature of the ender dragon dropping Dragon Scales, and reduce the cooldown for the ability of the Dragon War Axe to 6
