Description:
Wheel of Madness is a powerful mystical item that, when right-clicked, spins to grant you a random potion effect at level 255 for 4 minutes and 50 seconds. As soon as the effect wears off, it automatically spins again and repeats indefinitely until you disable it. Sneak + use to toggle auto-spinning on or off, and hover over the wheel in your inventory to see its current status (ON/OFF).
