Violet Ender Guardian

Quickstart

1. Find a Violet Ender Guardian on the End’s surface in low light, or spawn one with the Violet Ender Guardian Spawn Egg in Creative.
2. To befriend her, hold an Ender Pearl, Chorus Fruit, Poppy, or Rose Bush and use it on her.
3. Once tamed, try attacking a hostile mob while she is nearby. She can teleport toward danger and swipe at the target.
4. With cheats enabled, you can also summon her using /summon com_violet_ender_guardian_mp6oxgpj:mycustom ~ ~ ~.

Overview

The Violet Ender Guardian is a free-roaming, teleporting Enderman who can be tamed. She has 40 health and wanders rather than staying in one place.

How To Use

Use one of these items on a wild guardian to tame her:

• Ender Pearl
• Chorus Fruit
• Poppy
• Rose Bush

After taming, she continues to roam. She helps when you attack a hostile mob nearby, and when a nearby player is hurt by a hostile. She also defends herself if attacked.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Teleportation: She teleports while roaming and can teleport toward danger when defending nearby players.
• Defensive swipe: At close range, her swipe deals 8 damage.
• Natural spawning: Guardians spawn on the End’s surface in low light (light level 0–7), usually in groups of one or two.

Obtaining And Drops

In Creative, search for the Violet Ender Guardian Spawn Egg. There is no crafting recipe for the guardian.

When killed by a player, she may drop an Ender Pearl. An Ender Eye is an extremely rare drop.
