Description:

The Vanilla Ascension Tome is a glowing skill book that lets you permanently upgrade your character across six skill trees—Strength, Toughness, Swiftness, Vitality, Mining, and Luck—using spendable skill points rather than directly consuming XP levels. Open your inventory and click the new Skills button at the top-left to open the Skill Tree screen, where you can hover nodes for tooltips and click nodes to unlock them; right-click the tome to spend a point on the next available skill and sneak-right-click to view your current skill progress in chat. Skill points are awarded automatically on the server as you gain XP levels (by default one point per 5 XP levels), are synced to the client, and persist per player across deaths and restarts.
