Sweeping Edge Grimoire

Quickstart

Craft the Sweeping Edge Grimoire at a crafting table using . Hold it in your hand and attack a mob. When you hit a target, nearby living targets in front of you are struck as well, and your player character performs a sweeping attack animation.

Overview

The Sweeping Edge Grimoire is an epic, glinting sword-like weapon. Its special sweep is triggered by landing a direct hit; it does not require a separate button or action.

Abilities And Mechanics

• A successful hit also damages other living targets within 5.5 blocks of you that are ahead of you.
• Each additional target hit by the sweep takes 4 damage. The directly hit target is excluded from this extra damage.
• The sweep follows your facing direction, so turn toward a group before striking.
• Player attackers perform a distinctive sweeping attack animation.
