Description:
The Reality Shard is a glowing crystalline fragment that bends the very laws of Minecraft when held. Right-click to randomly transform all blocks within a 10-block radius into completely different materials, turning stone into sponge, water into lava, or trees into diamond blocks. Attack any mob to instantly transform it into a random different creature - creepers become cows, cows become withers, creating chaotic mob encounters. Crouch and right-click to flip gravity in a 30-block area for 10 seconds, making all entities fall upward until they hit the ceiling. Double-jump while holding the shard to perform a glitch dash that teleports you forward 3 blocks, leaving a trail of distorted particles. Once per Minecraft day, shift and right-click to tear open a chaotic rift that pulls in nearby mobs and randomly transforms them before closing with an explosive finale.

User request: Item Name: "Reality Shard" Description: A glowing, crystalline fragment torn from the code of Minecraft itself — it bends the laws of the game when held. Abilities: Shift Terrain: Right-clicking randomly replaces all blocks in a 10-block radius with completely different blocks (stone to sponge, water to lava, trees to diamond blocks, etc.). Mob Rewrite: Hitting a mob transforms it into a random different mob — creepers into cows, cows into withers, withers into bees, etc. Physics Breaker: When crouch-right-clicked, gravity flips in a 30-block area — mobs, blocks, and players fall upwards until they hit the ceiling. Glitch Dash: Double-jump teleports you forward in short bursts, leaving distorted block particles in your wake. Dimension Tear: Once per Minecraft day, shift-right-click opens a small, chaotic rift — pulling in random mobs and shooting them back out as a different mob.
