Prismarine Monstrosity
Quickstart
- In Creative mode, find the Prismarine Monstrosity egg in the Spawn Eggs inventory.
- Choose a large, open area and use the egg to spawn the colossus. It is hostile and will target nearby players.
- Watch the boss health bar and its attack animations: stay clear of its fists, move out of its charge path, and use solid cover to break line of sight with its beam.

Overview
The Prismarine Monstrosity is a towering, durable boss built around three attacks: a close-range fist strike, a forward dash, and a long-range ocean-blue beam. It pursues players and displays a boss health bar while they track it.
What It Adds
- The Prismarine Monstrosity, a large hostile mob.
- A matching Prismarine Monstrosity Spawn Egg, available in Creative mode.
How To Use
Use the spawn egg on a block to place the mob. Give it room to move and fight; its size makes cramped spaces a poor arena. The creature targets players, and its boss bar shows its remaining health.
There is no recipe shortcode available for the spawn egg. Use the Creative inventory or the summon command above for a guaranteed encounter.
Abilities And Mechanics
| Attack | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Fist strike | Used up close. The heavy blow can deal substantial damage and knock a player back. |
| Dash | At intermediate range, it commits to a direction and surges forward, damaging and knocking back players in its path. |
| Beam | At longer range, it charges and fires a pulsing beam toward its target. It needs a clear line of sight and can stop if that sightline is blocked. |
Progression And Strategy
Bring strong armor and weapons, and fight somewhere with room to maneuver. Keep moving when it winds up: sidestep its committed dash, avoid lingering near its fists, and use terrain to interrupt the beam. The boss has a large health pool, so expect a sustained fight.
