In Creative mode, you can also search for Portable Glow Switch in the inventory or use:

The Portable Glow Switch is a placeable full block that provides a bright light when switched on. It has two states:
It can be used for temporary lighting, hidden lighting setups, bases, paths, builds, and other areas where you want direct control over illumination.
Hold the Portable Glow Switch and place it like any other block. It occupies a full block space and has a solid collision box, so entities can stand on it.
Interact directly with the placed block:
The light changes immediately, with no redstone or additional equipment required.
Break the placed block to make it drop as a Portable Glow Switch item. You can then collect and place it again.
Craft the Portable Glow Switch at a crafting table using:
The ingredients are arranged vertically, with Glowstone at the top, the Lever in the middle, and the Iron Ingot at the bottom.
In Creative mode, find it by searching for Portable Glow Switch in the construction category.
Craft several Portable Glow Switches to create lighting you can control individually. Place them near entrances, work areas, tunnels, or decorative builds, and switch off sections that do not need light.
For portable or temporary projects, keep extra switches in your inventory so you can relocate the lighting as your build develops.
