To Make the Dagger first Throw a cactus into any source of water to get the new Material called Poison Goo, then craft an iron block and throw the Poison Goo on top of the Iron Block to make The new block Poison Iron Block. Right Click The Poison Iron Block with any Pickaxe to get Poison Ingots (2 each) eventually the Poison Iron Block will break.
