Description:
Physics Lite works automatically from the moment it is installed — no crafting or setup required. Just load into a world and start interacting with it:
Physics Lite adds three passive environmental physics systems and one player-controlled ragdoll mode. Everything runs in the background; the world simply behaves more realistically. All systems can be inspected or toggled at any time with the built-in command interface.
| System | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Tree Collapse | Felling a tree causes its logs to fall and tumble outward, and the canopy leaves loosen and drop. |
| Granular Avalanches | Sand, red sand, gravel, and concrete powder cascade and slide when their support is removed, spreading naturally rather than falling straight down. |
| Water Pressure | Enclosed water pockets seek escape routes and can break weak blocks — dirt, mud, clay, sand, gravel, farmland, snow, and torches. |
| Ragdoll Mode | The player becomes a physics-driven object: tumbling, rotating, bouncing, and sliding in a prone pose, with the first-person camera accurately following the ragdoll's head through every motion. |
The tree, avalanche, and water pressure systems activate automatically whenever you interact with the world. No special tools or items are needed. Simply mine, build, or dig as normal and the physics will respond.
/physicslite ragdoll to toggle ragdoll mode from the chat.Use the /physicslite command to inspect and control each system:
| Command | Effect |
|---|---|
/physicslite status | Displays the current on/off state of all physics systems. |
/physicslite trees <true/false> | Enables or disables tree collapse physics. |
/physicslite avalanches <true/false> | Enables or disables granular block avalanche physics. |
/physicslite water_pressure <true/false> | Enables or disables water pressure physics. |
/physicslite ragdoll | Toggles your ragdoll mode on or off. |
When any log in a tree is broken, the mod checks for connected logs above it. Those logs convert into falling block entities that have outward momentum applied, simulating a realistic topple. As the logs fall, attached leaf blocks are loosened and begin to drop as well. The effect is most dramatic when you cut the base of a tall tree.
Affected block types — sand, red sand, gravel, and concrete powder — do not simply fall straight down when unsupported. Instead, the physics system spreads them outward in a cascading avalanche, filling in adjacent lower spaces the way real granular materials would flow.
When a body of water is fully enclosed, the mod treats it as pressurized. If a weak block forms part of the enclosure, the water can break through it. Weak blocks subject to this include: dirt, mud, clay, sand, gravel, farmland, snow layers, and torches. Digging near underground water pools or building imperfect dams can trigger a sudden breach.
While ragdoll mode is active in first person, the camera yaw and pitch are driven by your movement speed and a rolling physics simulation. Faster movement creates faster spinning and more dramatic pitch oscillation, so sliding down a steep hill will feel very different from gently rolling on flat ground.
A lightweight Hulk-themed mod adds a short progression: gather Elastic Fabric to craft Sweatpants (leggings) and combine those with an Emerald Block in a smithing table to make the Hulk Sweatpants. Equip the pants and press R to toggle Hulk mode, which doubles your size and maximum health, swaps your appearance to an emerald giant humanoid skin, and grants Strength III, Speed II, and Jump Boost III. While transformed and wearing the pants, right-click the ground with your main hand to perform a ground smash that launches nearby terrain blocks as flying debris in a line to damage mobs (but not you), skipping air, unbreakable blocks, and block-entity blocks, with a cooldown to prevent spamming.
Angel Islands adds a radiant, blue-tinted holy biome to the Overworld where you can explore Holy Grasslands, harvest sacred Holy Oak trees, mine embedded Holy Ore and find naturally generated Angel Villager houses stocked with beds and chests of themed loot like Holy Emeralds and ore pockets. Mine Holy Ore and smelt it in a furnace to produce Holly Ingots, which are used as key crafting ingredients for holy planks, tools, and full gear sets as you progress from Holy Stone to Holy Ore equipment and unlock advanced recipes and trades. Along the way you can tame or ride a Pegasus, battle custom hostile mobs including emerald-green Emerald Slimes and a King Skeleton boss, and trade with Angel Villagers or use randomized in-world workstations; start by finding an Angel Islands area or using the mod’s starter kit to jump-start exploration.

Capture the creatures of Minecraft with a Magical Camera: craft it (or find it in the mod creative tab), then right-click any living mob to store that mob inside a new Captured Photograph item and remove the mob from the world. Each Photograph is named after the captured mob and shows the contained creature in its tooltip, and if your inventory is full the photo will simply drop on the ground. To release a captured mob, right-click the ground with the Photograph and the mob will be spawned back with its stored data; the mod also provides item models, textures, a recipe, and in-game sounds and messages for clear feedback.

Timber Chainshot adds a craftable Chainshot tool that fells entire trees sideways: use the Chainshot on any log (right-click) to trigger a blade animation with sweep particles and chain/axe sounds, scan connected logs and leaves, remove the upright tree, and rebuild it rotated so the trunk lies on its side away from the clicked face (oversized trees are safely rejected). The Chainshot is obtainable in survival via a shaped recipe using iron ingots, sticks, chains, and a diamond, and appears in the Tools creative tab; it has durability and a cooldown and uses a custom handheld icon and model. This lets you quickly harvest wood in a single, cinematic action while preserving the blocks as a fallen trunk for easy collection and aesthetic landscaping.

House Key adds a craftable House Key item that binds to the first player who right-clicks it and lets that owner lock and unlock doors so only their key can open them. Right-click a door with your bound key to lock it to that key, and sneak-right-click with the matching key to remove the lock; locked doors ignore normal interaction, empty hands, wrong keys, and other players' keys. Keys store their owner on the item stack, door lock ownership is saved with the world (and cleaned up when a locked door is broken), and the item includes a creative tab entry, texture, recipe, and in-game tooltips explaining usage.
