Description:
The Phantom Killer is a magical item that instantly eliminates all phantom mobs within a 35-block radius when right-clicked. Upon activation, the item creates spectacular soul fire particle effects at each phantom's location and surrounds the user with glowing end rod particles, accompanied by phantom death sounds. The item has a 5-second cooldown between uses to prevent spam, and will display helpful status messages indicating how many phantoms were eliminated or if none were found in range.

User request: create a new item called "phantom killer" that kills all phantons in a 35 block radius to craft the phantom killer you need to get a phantom block which is crafted by 9 phantom membrane in the crafting table and after that you got 2 phantom blocks, you can craft it like this. 2 phantom blocks in middle sides and 1 elytra in the middle
