User request: Create a Minecraft mod that adds the Monado from Xenoblade Chronicles as a new weapon. The Monado should be a unique sword with a glowing red‑blue energy blade. When the player attacks any entity with the Monado, it emits colorful particle effects inspired by Xenoblade (energy streaks, circular pulses, or sparks). The weapon should have slightly higher damage than a Netherite sword and swing with a distinctive visual flair. The blade should emit a faint light and have an idle particle aura even when not used. No special abilities are required beyond the visual effects unless specified.
