Meteorite Flameblade

Quickstart

1. At a crafting table, make the Meteorite Flameblade with and ammunition with .
2. Equip the blade and keep ammunition in your inventory.
3. Use the blade to strike nearby enemies, or aim and press the Shoot interaction button to launch a projectile. Try both attacks to see how they work.

Overview

The Meteorite Flameblade is a black katana wreathed in blue flame. It works as both a melee weapon and a ranged weapon: strike enemies with the blade or spend ammunition to fire projectiles.

What It Adds

• Meteorite Flameblade: A durable sword with a ranged attack.
• Meteorite Flameblade Ammo: Craftable ammunition for the blade.

How To Use

• Melee: Attack an enemy with the equipped blade. A hit deals the sword’s damage, adds a fire-damage strike, and sets the target on fire for 4 seconds.
• Ranged: Keep ammo in your inventory, aim, and use the Shoot button. The blade fires without a charge-up and has a brief cooldown between shots. Projectiles deal impact damage and knock targets back.

Each ammo craft yields 16. Ammo stacks up to 64.

Abilities And Mechanics

The blade has 500 durability and deals 15 damage with its melee attack. Its hit also applies 16 fire damage and ignites the target for 4 seconds. Ranged projectiles deal 3–5 impact damage and can knock targets back.

Progression And Strategy

The blade’s recipe calls for a Netherite Ingot, Soul Soil, and Sticks, while ammo uses Iron and Copper Ingots. Save ammo for targets at range, and use the blade’s melee attack when enemies get close.
