Leather Sword

Quickstart

1. Gather two leather and one stick.
2. Craft the Leather Sword:

1. Hold the Leather Sword and right-click a suitable location to place it.
2. The sword creates a mysterious 3×3×3 structure around the placement point. Leave the surrounding space clear so all of its parts can appear.
3. Right-click the structure—or any of its parts—to awaken it. You will hear a chime and see sparks burst above it.

Overview

The Leather Sword is a placeable centerpiece that automatically forms a mysterious multiblock structure. It faces toward you when placed and can be activated by right-clicking any part of the completed structure.

What It Adds

• Leather Sword — the main item used to place the structure.
• Leather Sword Part — the connected pieces that appear when the main block is placed.
• A rotatable 3×3×3 structure.
• An interactive awakening effect with a chime and burst of sparks.

How To Use

Placing the Structure

Hold the Leather Sword and right-click a block face. The main block is placed at the targeted position, and the remaining structure parts are placed automatically in the available surrounding space.

The structure rotates according to your horizontal facing when you place it. Its front faces back toward the player, so you can choose the orientation by positioning yourself before placing it.

Keep the full 3×3×3 area open. Parts only replace air or other replaceable blocks; solid blocks in the way can leave the structure incomplete.

Awakening It

Right-click the main block or any visible Leather Sword Part. The entire structure responds with:

• A note-block chime.
• A burst of sparks above the structure.

The effect does not require a separate tool or interface.

Removing It

Breaking any part of the structure removes the connected structure as a whole. To keep the structure intact, avoid mining individual parts.

Crafting And Obtaining

The Leather Sword is crafted from leather and a stick. Its recipe is available in the recipe book automatically.

In Creative mode, the Leather Sword is available in the Combat item group.

• The Leather Sword is a placeable structure centerpiece rather than a conventional handheld weapon.
• Placement automatically creates its connected parts.
• The structure occupies a 3×3×3 grid.
• Horizontal placement direction controls the structure’s rotation.
• Every registered part can be right-clicked to trigger the same chime and spark effect.
• Breaking one part removes the whole structure.

Progression And Strategy

• Craft the Leather Sword as soon as you have leather and a stick.
• Build it in an open area with at least a 3×3×3 space available.
• Face the direction you want the structure oriented toward before placing it.
• Right-click different parts to discover the activation effect.
• Place it somewhere visible and protected, since mining any part dismantles the entire structure.
