Hollow Earth

Quickstart

1. Get a Hollow Earth Wand (available in Creative inventory under Equipment).
2. Aim at the ground and use the wand to fire a projectile.
3. Wherever the projectile lands, it triggers the generation of a massive hollow, globe-shaped world section filled with Earth-like terrain and detail.
4. Step back and explore — the structure builds itself block by block around the impact point, so give it a moment to fully place before wandering deep inside.

Overview

Hollow Earth turns the idea of a hollowed-out planet into an explorable Minecraft structure. Instead of a small building or ruin, this mod drops a colossal spherical world-within-a-world into your game, complete with layered terrain detail reminiscent of the Earth's surface. It's built for exploration and sightseeing — a giant curiosity to discover, dig into, and roam around.

What It Adds

• Hollow Earth Wand – a special item that spawns the Hollow Earth structure when used.
• Hollow Earth Wand Projectile – the projectile fired by the wand; it flies out and marks the spot where the structure will be generated.
• A large library of custom terrain blocks used to build the globe's surface and interior, giving it realistic coloring and shading.

How To Use

• Equip the Hollow Earth Wand and use it (right-click/trigger) to fire its projectile.
• The projectile travels using normal projectile physics — arcing slightly under gravity — so aim where you want the structure centered.
• On impact, the wand automatically triggers construction of the Hollow Earth structure. You'll see a burst of particles at the impact point as the process begins.
• The structure is built in many layered pieces stacked both outward and upward from the impact location, so it takes up a huge volume of space. Make sure you have plenty of open world around your target spot before firing.
• There's a short cooldown after firing before you can use the wand again.

Crafting And Obtaining

The Hollow Earth Wand does not use a crafting recipe — it's a Creative-mode tool. Find it in the Creative inventory under the Equipment category and place it directly into your hotbar or inventory to use it.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Triggering generation: Firing the wand's projectile at a location causes the game to load a sequence of pre-built structure pieces, snapping them together into one giant hollow sphere filled with terrain.
• Scale: The completed structure spans a very large area both horizontally and vertically — dozens of blocks in every direction — forming a globe-like shell with interior detail rather than a solid mass.
• Placement: Structure pieces are placed relative to where the projectile lands, so the exact spot you hit determines where the globe forms.
• Terrain detail: The interior and surface use many uniquely colored blocks to recreate natural, Earth-like textures and biomes-style variation throughout the sphere.

Progression And Strategy

There's no combat or crafting progression here — the mod is about exploration and worldbuilding spectacle. After spawning a Hollow Earth structure:

• Explore its outer shell first to get a sense of scale before heading toward the interior.
• Use the wand again in a fresh, open area if you want to generate another Hollow Earth elsewhere; avoid firing it near existing builds since the structure is very large and will overwrite terrain in its path.
• Because construction happens piece by piece, allow it to finish placing before flying or moving inside, so you don't fall through or clip into partially loaded sections.
