Grappling Hook

Quickstart

At a crafting table, craft a Grappling Hook and some Grappling Hook Ammo. The hook recipe is shown below; the ammo recipe makes 16. Keep ammo in your inventory, equip the hook, aim at a solid block, and use it to pull yourself toward that point. Use the hook again to cancel the pull.

How To Use

• Aim at a solid, non-liquid block within about 32 blocks and use the hook.
• You’ll be pulled toward the block’s center. The hook does not attach to liquids or passable blocks.
• Use the hook again to stop pulling.
• The pull also ends when you reach the anchor, if the anchor block is removed, or after about six seconds.
